USES

Our Super Emulsion can be applied on walls, ceilings, old and new cement plasters, chipboards, and hardboards. It delivers excellent results with a wide selection of distemper paint colours, suitable for home and commercial interiors.

SURFACE PREPARATION

New surfaces should be rubbed down with stone or sandpaper to remove nibs on the plaster. Previously painted surfaces should be thoroughly sandpapered. All surfaces should then be cleaned using a bristle brush or broom. Always ensure that the surface being painted is dry and free from flaking paint, oil, grease, etc., before applying it for smooth and lasting results.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

For thinning, mix equal volumes of Berger Top Super Emulsion and water. On porous surfaces, extra water may be required for the first coat to address surface porosity. All tools and brushes should be cleaned with soap and water after applying it. Choose your desired distemper paint colour and apply in layers as needed.

DRYING TIME

Super Emulsion distemper dries in about 30 minutes and is ready for re-coating within 1 hour. This fast-drying time makes it convenient for quick interior paint jobs without compromising on quality.

COVERAGE

One litre of Super Emulsion distemper covers approximately 12 – 16 m² per coat. The coverage may vary slightly based on surface type and selected distemper colour.
