Chem Seal is a high-performance, two-component cementitious waterproofing system designed to provide long-lasting protection for concrete and masonry surfaces. Formulated with special synthetic polymer dispersion and a blend of selected cements, graded sand, and advanced polymers, it delivers excellent adhesion, flexibility, and durability against water ingress.
